Dave’s Cool Toys will be going through some changes and updates in the next month or so. There may be times when our site is not available or the shopping cart may not be available to place an order.

If you find our site is not available, it does not mean we are gone, only that we are currently making updates and upgrades to the site. Check back soon and things should be back to normal (only better)!

Some of the changes to the site will be obvious, and some will be behind-the-scenes and our customers will not notice any changes.

Hurricane Irene knocked out the power at Dave’s Cool Toys from Sunday until this afternoon, August 31, 2011. Once we get re-organized and clear up the backlog of toy orders, we will begin posting again to the Dave’s Cool Toys blog.

Dave’s Cool Toys site has been down and the shopping cart is still offline at this time. There are also some little glitches in some spots and our email was down for a while.

As we mentioned in a previous post, we are in the process of moving our site to a new server and updating the shopping cart software to allow us to improve it in the near future. We expect to have things back up and running shortly.

Watch for better product layouts and more features on our shopping cart in the near future!

Dave’s Cool Toys will be upgrading our online shopping cart system in the coming weeks.

During this time, there may be some website downtime when the entire site, or parts of it, are not available. At other times, the site may run more slowly than usual or some features may not be available while we get things back up to speed.

Once this is done, some links and bookmarks to our site may change. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and necessary with the upgrade. The links to our main site will remain the same and you can always find the toy you are looking for by going through www.davescooltoys.com.

We apologize for any trouble this may cause our customers and visitors. We assure you that this is only temporary while we update our shopping cart. This will allow us to add new features and make your shopping experience better at Dave’s Cool Toys.
